November 12th Email

Well family it was great to hear from all of you! You all sound so great which really makes me happy. It is amazing the blessing that you guys get for having a missionary out. It is so cool to look back and see all the wonderfull things that have happened for us in the past 16 months. It is amazing, and humbling. I am sorry this is a day late, but Veterans day which is called Remembrance Day up here, is a bigger deal, everything shuts down, not school work nothing. So we weren't able email. We went to a cerimony thing in the morning, and then just hung out, the Summerside Elders were down becuase we were on an exchange on tuesday. It was a pretty good wekk for us. District Conference was on Saturday and Sunday, they had an Area authority there speaking. Elder Murry. He did a greaet job and spoke alot about missionary work with in the branches and the councils job and things they need to do. So many great things. It was just a great week end, a wonderful spirit. The sad thing is that there wasn't one member of the brnach council there on saturday and only one on Sunday. It was in New Glasgow, so they had to travel off the island. But that was pretty disapointing. We have dropped Steve and Nicole, they just weren't keeping appointments, and were non commmitable. But we have picked up a couple people that the sisters were teaching. SO that is good. One is the this fmaily of four from China. They have been to church twice, but the sisters didn't teach them to much. But that will be a good chance to teach them. Debbie is still doing great, but her boyfriend Lloyd is still out of town and no one can get a hold of him so we don't know when he will be back, and that is who she wants to do the baptism, so we are going to have to postpone it. Which is to bad. Zone Conference is this week and that should be good. It is always a good time and is a good spiritual boost. I am exicted for that. Overall we had a good week.
